A: We expedite construction as quickly as possible, but we never place urgency on construction of a project over the clients needs. Here are some general timelines:

  • Permits 2-4 weeks
  • Construction 6-7 months
Q: What should I expect as a customer?
A: As a customer of J Edward Homes you will receive personal attention from beginning to end to make sure you are not only satisfied with your home, but that you are taken care of in all aspects of home ownership. This does not stop with the closing of the home, but we will extend our attention long after you have moved in to your home. We give personal attention to all warranty calls and will assist in non-warranty items such as future upgrades and/or remodeling.
